The palace sounds amazing and I always love looking at street art, so that would be one of the highlights of the trip for me! Seeing a Flamenco show in a gypsy cave also sounds like an awesome experience. Chillout Monastery Terrace sounds like a great place to start the day, always love a restaurant with a view! You have inspired me to want to pack up and go!
