So enchantingly beautiful. Though I have not been there, the pictures remind me of some of the towns of Switzerland. Bamberg too seems to be oozing with the old world charm that is so characteristic of many of the towns and cities of Europe.

A few drivers I work with (I work in the railroad industry in London) say that Bamberg is one of the best places in Germany to go drinking. The bars have a better range of beers, all local beers and the locals are super friendly. So I would go just for that. But yes, I would probably also combine this with Munchen as that is also another city in Germany I haven’t been to yet…also known for its beer and a certain festival 😀
