Beautiful.

Transparency alert, when I was a teen, I recall wanting to visit Malibu so badly because I had a crush on Pamela Anderson, who lived on the beach in Malibu. I have since dissolved that crush but would love to visit for those beaches, that water, and especially the hikes.

Sure it would be cool to hang out in Celeb Central but the nature hikes and views from the cliffs would make the trip.

Toss in those dolphins and goodness, I am beyond sold. No better way to spend your afternoon, soaking up nature while seeing these happy beings flying through the surf.

I love visiting LA and surrounds, but haven’t been to Malibu. I would expect beaches, hiking trails, and foodie hangouts, but the wine safari is a surprise. Thanks so much for sharing the best of The ‘Bu! I’m Pinning this for later.

I was born and raised in LA and never heard of the Adamson House! I’ll definitely have to check it out. Malibu is such a pretty little getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.

When ever I hear the name Malibu I think of that show Two and a half men. Lol I knew it was popular for celebrities and I had an idea it was beautiful but wow. Your pictures are gorgeous.
I will have to add it to my to go to list.

I do think that Malibu is one of the prettiest places, though I haven’t spent enough time there to discover half of the great places you’ve mentioned here. It’s somewhere not to miss when traveling to California.

They do! The entrance into the cave is very small, it’s called the birth canal!

We’ve been to California several times, but haven’t made it to Malibu yet. I think we need to change that!! Looks like such a beautiful city–the beaches look fantastic. I’d love to check out the wine safari at Saddleback Ranch, too!

I got so excited when I saw this was about Malibu. I’ve been working my way up the coast from San Diego. I keep getting stuck in places because they are all so beautiful! I would love to check out the tide pools and hiking. They have a Jim Morrison cave? That sounds like a wicked find 🙂

There is so much to do in the LA area. I would love to do some of the hikes around Malibu as it is such a gorgeous place! Or just watch the surfers and wish I could surf haha
