I have been reading and seeing a lot of Crater National park of late and it’s so beautiful. The Phantom Ship in the middle of the lake looks so cute from a distance. Thanks for the information on stay which is always a priority. Hope we can be there sometime next year when we plan a visit.

It’s astonishing to know how certain geographical landmarks get formed out of the movements in nature. Beautiful! I’m trying to imagine how it looks like in winter. Equally beautiful, I guess.

I’ve only been to Crater Lake once, many years ago when my children were young. We stopped to take a few pictures and then the kids threw a few snowballs at each other and we left. Looks like we missed out on lots of other options! Beautiful photos, by the way!

Crater Lake is the 10th deepest lake – now that is an interesting fact. Love the views around the lake and the set of activities here. I loved reading about what this place offers. Thanks for sharing it all.

Wow what a beautiful place! I have never been to Crater Lake National Park but now looks like thats the first place I want to visit, especially for the hikes that it has to offer. The hikes do not seem too long. I would love to stay there longer and exploring the trails as the views that they have to offer are breathtaking.

We have visited so many of the U.S. National Parks but have missed Crater Lake on several visits. A drive around the rim with stops at the 30 overlooks would take us a very long day! But we would sure want to leave enough time to get out on the water for a boat tour too. Maybe we need to stay overnight and enjoy a few days!

Crater Lake National park looks fantastic. I have to admit that it is the first time I hear about it, but the scenery is stunning. The rim drive is a must-do for sure, but a boat trip on this blue lake seems great also.
