We tend to stay away from the casinos and love strolling around town to experience the vibe, catch some shows and sample the food. I am surely going to add Carbone at Aria as well as Lemongrass for our next dining experience in Vegas. Haven’t tried those yet. One of our personal favorites is Border Grill at Mandalay Bay – have been going there every time we are in town. Thanks for all these suggestions.
