How to Spend Two Days in Savannah Georgia

If you are planning a trip to Savannah Georgia and looking for the best things to do, see, and eat while visiting, you are in the right place.  Savannah is Georgia’s oldest city and the United States first planned city. Not only is Savannah full of history, but it is also considered one of the most haunted in the United States. During your visit expect to find cobblestone streets, antebellum mansions, oak trees dripping with Spanish moss, 22 open squares, antique shops, and ghosts. Savannah is known for its Southern hospitality, Forest Gump, and Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. There is amazing food in Savannah, not surprising considering Paula Deen is from here. Do not leave the Hostess City before eating fried green tomatoes, pralines, Tupelo honey, beignets, shrimp and grits, low country boils, and drinking Chatham Artillery Punch.
