There’s a shot in the first Planet Earth mini-series of a man “climbing” one of the Sequoias. I know he’s a scientist, but I would be in heaven if I could do that! And the lavender honey ice cream sounds just heavenly.

There is must be something special about it. It’s been on my list for a long time and have still not yet made it to Sequoia Park. The trees are absolutely magnificent and I hope to get there soon! It’s interesting to me that Kings Canyon isn’t spoken of much, the Grizzly Falls and the drive along the river are both beautiful!

I’ve heard loads about Sequoia National Park but haven’t heard about Kings Canyon. I haven’t been to either buy would love to walk among the Sequoias along the Big Trees Trail.
