But I still haven’t seen some of the attractions you present: an exciting and diverse list and valuable tips in planning a trip. Next time I add to my must-do list checking out the End of Oregon Trail Interpretive Center and visit to the tasting rooms on Distillery Row. I love Portland Japanese Gardens and Pittock Mansion viewpoint.

I stayed with friends the first time and in a hostel the second time. Voodoo Doughnuts was amazing and so was Powell’s. On my second trip we definitely partook in the leafy goods. I’ll definitely use this list when I go back!

Next time we need to plan more time in the city. It would be fun to start with an aerial tram and get our bearings. But we do love to do a river cruise for another perspective. Hubby would never pass on a brewery hop. I would be looking for street art and colourful houses. Reminds me of the trip we just finished to St Johns Newfoundland.

I’d love to try hike to the Witches Castle, Forest Park, and Hoyt Arboretum Redwood Grove. Also, the street art in the Alberta Arts District sounds very interesting too. I’d surely consider taking a guided tour when visiting Portland.
