I loved visiting Hemingway House (and the 6-toed cats). Snorkeling at Higgs Beach was only OK and you technically need a diver down flag. Fort Zach is a little better because it’s a designated swim area but you have to pay the park entry fee. Snorkeling on the reef is better all the way around.

There certainly seems like a lot to do in Key West. I’d enjoy snorkeling the reef and kayaking through the mangroves. and eating key lime pie of course.

We are planning to go to Florida, so yes, this list is handy. I love the way how you wrote just the pointers instead of details. Light house, Wander Bahama Village and Old Town Literary Walk excite me more.

Sounds like alot of great things to do in key west. Some that sound particularly awesome – Taking a seaplane over shipwrecks, heading on a dolphin safari, watching shark and stingwray feedings (good thing those are viewing only not in the water), and of course, eating conch fritters and lobster benedict – wow!

Looks like there’s plenty to do in Key West. I’m definitely curious about “dolphin safari”. Do you get on a boat and go looking for them? Also, Climbing the Lighthouse for the panoramic views sounds really nice.

So many things to do! I love snorkeling, so it’s great that there are choices in Key West. Of course, eating some key lime pie would also be on my list of things to do. Love a good one. Snorkeling at Dry Tortugas is on my bucket list, so it’s great that there are other things to do at the jumping off point.

I am very easy to be pleased when it comes to tropical getaways so “spending an afternoon on a sandbar”
is my top choice from your list. Also, “climb the Lighthouse for panoramic views” sounds very fun to me since I am not afraid of heights. The higher, the better the views!
