How To Spend One Week in Negril Jamaica
Day One: Arrive at Montego Bay Sangster International Airport. Prebook a shuttle transfer to your resort in Negril, the drive will take approximately 1.5 hours. Check-in, take a walk on the beach and enjoy the resort’s nightly entertainment.
Day Two: Have a relaxing day enjoying the resort.
Day Three: Take an organized day trip to South Coast and visit YS Falls, Appleton Rum Tour, and Floyd’s Pelican Bar.
Day Four: Have a relaxing morning at the resort and the afternoon exploring Negril. Have lunch at the resort or take a taxi to Margaritaville for their famous volcano nachos. After lunch take a walk on Seven Mile Beach or browse the craft market.
Day Five: Take a day trip to Dunn River Falls and Nine Mile, Find a private guide to include the scenic drive into Fern Gully.
Day Six: Spend the morning at the resort and enjoy a beach massage. Then, take the One Love Bus Bar Crawl ending at Rick’s Café to watch cliff jumpers and have a sunset cocktail.
Day Seven: Visit the Blue Hole Mineral Spring (3 hours), and spend the remainder of the day enjoying the resort.

The beachfront hotel overlooks Jamaica’s spectacular Bloody Bay Beach with over 400 rooms in 4 buildings. Each room includes a balcony or terrace, satellite TV, air conditioning, a safe, and a minibar with a drink dispenser. There are 5 hotel restaurants and 5 bars. Food options are an international buffet, Italian, French, Asian, and a steakhouse.
